Mounted orienteering combines navigation, strategy, and horsemanship. Riders use a map and compass to locate checkpoints spread across the farm, choosing their own routes and pace. This demo-style event is educational and approachable, with guidance provided throughout the day. No prior orienteering experience is required. You’ll learn the basics of map reading, compass use, and course strategy before heading out on course.
