All riders must wear pants that cover the full length of their leg. If you would hike in it, you can probably ride in it! Your pants protect your legs from insects, brush, and your skin from rubbing on the saddle so wear something comfortable and protective.
Shoes must be closed-toe. Shoes with a heel on them (like boots) can help riders feel more secure in the saddle and protect your foot from slipping through a stirrup.
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Any no-shows or cancellations received after the 48-hour period will be charged full price. No cash refunds are available.
Yes, children are welcome age 7 and older on most of our riding tours. Helmets are required for children ages 7 through 17. We do supply helmets.
Please bring sunscreen! You may also bring bottled water-- we have drink carriers attached to the saddles, normal-sized water bottles fit best.
Some of our horses require special diets, because of this treats are available for purchase before or after your ride if you would like to share some love with your trail partner.
