Cancellation Policy

A $25 deposit is required to confirm your appointment and will be charged to the card on file. This is refundable or transferable if your appointment is canceled or rescheduled with at least 24hrs notice. Late Arrivals: May result in a shorter session time to accommodate the next appointment. You will still be charged for the full service cost. Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment start time if this is your first visit, we want you to enjoy the scenic drive through the valley and not be pressed for time.
